Accessing reports

Navigate to Reports in the sidebar. Use the tabs or swipe navigation (on mobile) to switch between report views.

Report views

Revenue

Track your income over time:

• Total revenue by period
• Revenue trends (chart)
• Revenue by customer
• Comparison with previous periods

Outstanding

Monitor unpaid invoices:

• Total outstanding amount
• Aging analysis (how long invoices have been unpaid)
• Overdue invoices
• Expected payment timeline

Expenses

Understand your spending:

• Total expenses by period
• Expense breakdown by category
• Spending trends
• Top expense categories

Profit

See your bottom line:

• Revenue minus expenses = net profit
• Profit margins
• Profit trends over time
• Period-over-period comparison

VAT

Calculate your VAT liability:

• VAT collected (on invoices)
• VAT paid (on expenses)
• Net VAT to pay or reclaim
• Breakdown by VAT rate

Track money movement:

Filters

All reports support:

• Period selection — Week, month, quarter, year, or custom range
• Year selection — Choose specific fiscal year
• Comparison mode — Compare current period with a previous period
• Include open invoices — Toggle whether unpaid invoices count toward revenue

Tips

• Use comparison mode to spot trends and seasonal patterns
• Check the outstanding report regularly to follow up on overdue invoices
• Review profit reports monthly to understand your margins
